HOW TO BOOK

There are several easy steps to making a booking with chillihols.  You may book electronically or by telephone.

1. Select the cottage of your choice.

2. Check the availability of the cottage at the time you wish to stay.  You are welcome to call us (01548 580010) prior to, or instead of completing a booking form.

3. Please read the Terms & Conditions relating to use of chillihols cottages. By booking you accept the Terms & Conditions as described.

4. If booking electronically, complete a booking form (see 'Make Booking Request' at the bottom of the availability chart for each cottage) and send it to us via the website.  Ensure you complete all required fields in the form, especially your contact details.

5. We will reconfirm the availability of your cottage and provide details of the one third deposit required to secure the booking.

6. If you have booked electronically, you may also wish to pay by internet banking.  Please email for details of our account.

7. If you prefer to pay by cheque (we do not accept credit card payment), please make your cheque payable to ‘chillihols’.  Please post the cheque to:

8. Your booking reservation will be kept for seven days pending receipt of the deposit.

9. The final balance is payable either electronically or by post a minimum of six weeks prior to your holiday.
