NOTES

1. No exception will be made to the maximum occupancy level stated. The maximum occupancy level for this cottage is seven persons, with a maximum of six adults and one child, including any cot.
2. Cot may only be used for one child less than two years of age.
3. Full week bookings only during school holidays and public holidays. 
4. Short breaks (minimum two nights) may be possible in non-high season, subject to availability (minimum two people).
5. We reserve the right to require a £250 damages deposit.
