No exception will be made to the maximum occupancy level stated. 2.
Only pre-specified guests ie no substitution during period of stay. 3.
Full week bookings only during school holidays and public holidays. 4.
Short breaks (minimum two nights) may be possible in non-high season,
subject to availability, at £40pppn (minimum two people). 5.
We reserve the right to require a £250 damages deposit.
